How to check a kitchen layout in InSitu with your AI assistant
A forgotten filler, a clearance too tight: your AI assistant lays out with your catalogues in InSitu, then checks every unit before installation.

Laying out with your catalogues
The assistant takes the items from the catalogues in your InSitu, as they are, and places them against the wall in the order you give. Plinths, fillers and worktops follow in one sentence.
In the customer’s catalogue: a 3 m run under the window, sink in the middle, dishwasher on the right, oven tower in the corner.
Your constraints, not the references
- what goes where: the sink in front of the water supply, the hob away from the window;
- what must have room: the door, the open dishwasher, the way round the island;
- the catalogue and the budget chosen with the customer.
I want 1.20 m of clearance around the island, and the dishwasher next to the sink.
You are the designer: the assistant carries out your choices, and suggests a solution if you ask for one.
What the assistant checks
- clearances and passages;
- gaps between units, misaligned wall units;
- missing plinths, worktops and fillers;
- finishes mixed by mistake;
- the height under a slope;
- quote lines at €0.
Check the whole layout and tell me what is wrong, from the most important to the least.
A review before “done”
Before handing back, the assistant reviews the project against your request, point by point, and looks at every view.
Tip Always review it yourself: the checks catch what is forgotten, not matters of taste.
Correct it once, it remembers
Correct it in one sentence, as you would a colleague: it fixes the mistake, remembers the lesson and applies it to the next projects.
In my kitchens, there is always a 5 cm filler in the corners.
